DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Please note that custom orders are closed for the time being!
Each month we have a limited capacity per Custom pre-order. We find our Custom  collaborations work best when we prioritise in-person enquiries and customers with whom we have a long-standing relationship and mutual understanding.
We will *soon* open pre-orders for Signature and Collection styles. Watch this space!


WHAT DOES YOUR PRE-ORDERS CALENDAR LOOK LIKE?
We open pre-orders several times during the year. We don’t have a set calendar so if you write to us asking when pre-orders for a certain style will re-open we probably won’t have an answer for you.
Please do subscribe to the mailing list as we will alsway send a mailout when we have news. 


DO YOU HOLD A WAITING LIST?
We don’t! We work on a first come first serve basis and the best way to always be in the loop is to subscribe to the mailing list.


DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN INSTALMENTS?
Currently we do not accept payments in instalments. We have looked for a payment provider that can manage this system for us but we haven’t found anything suitable yet.


I HAVE PAID FOR A DEPOSIT, WHEN WILL BALANCE BE DUE?
When you place your order, you’ll be notified of your delivery date. Balance is due when your piece is ready. We will email you requesting payment before shipment.

 
WHEN WILL MY PIECE SHIP? 
Delivery date for your piece is always specified in the product description of the style ordered. We kindly ask you to first read the product description of the style you intend to order before paying for a deposit. 


WHEN WILL YOU HAVE OTHER STYLES FOR SALE
(silk dresses, OM t-shirts etc)?
We don’t know!  Covid-19 has disrupted the logistics of our business and we are working under a new paradigm. Please subscribe to our mailing list and keep an eye on Instagram to be notified of new offerings.
